This home offers a well stocked kitchen, perfect for preparing meals at home.

Relax in the spacious living room, or step onto the screened porch for a breath of fresh air and enjoy outdoor seating for leisurely moments.

The first-floor primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, find a 2nd primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom, along with a versatile loft area for entertainment. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations, sharing a convenient hallway bathroom.

Bishops Landing is located in Millville, just a short 3.5-mile drive to Bethany Beach and all of the attractions of downtown Bethany Beach such as beautiful beaches, the boardwalk, amazing restaurants, and shopping. The community also offers a shuttle service that runs from the main clubhouse to downtown Bethany Beach. Guests are required to pay the prevailing rate and complete an application online prior to the start of the reservation. This property comes with 8 wristbands and 1 fob for entering the community pool. As per HOA, no additional bands or fobs can be purchased. $25 fee for lost wristband and a $50 fee for a lost fob will be charged to the guests if those items are not returned at time of check out. The HOA is responsible for the cost and availability of any amenity in this community.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

Check in and check out were smooth and easy. The home was roomy, welcoming, bright, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. The beach shuttle was so convenient. We loved having the bikes, beach gear (great umbrella!) and grill to use as we liked. We loved the screened in porch as well. We had a slight issue with the kitchen freezer not producing ice and keeping ice cream frozen but the property manager was so responsive and immediately helpful. The first floor master bedroom bed was more firm than I like but other than those two things… everything was perfect!
