The first storey includes a cathedral ceiling, floor to ceiling windows, a large living room with a cozy wood-burning stone fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. The master bedroom on this floor has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. This floor has an additional bedroom with a queen bed and another bathroom.

The downstairs of this chalet boasts a pool table, a spacious living area with a wood-burning stone fireplace, a sofa bed (bedding included), a designated workspace, two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds and a bathroom.

A 3-season veranda with a private hot tub, a large balcony with patio furniture and a BBQ available all year will surely enhance your stay at Deer 48. In the forested yard, you will also find Adirondack chairs and a firepit.

Other amenities include a washer and dryer, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and an electric vehicle charging station.

Enjoy free access to all the amenities and activities available at Fiddler Lake Resort. Watercraft such as kayaks, canoes and paddle boards are available on site for guest use on Fiddler Lake during the summer months. Excellent Family Getaway

Our family gathered from several states for a long weekend. This house was perfect for our needs and close enough to both Morin Heights and St. Saveur. There are so many great activities available on site but it was also a great place to just hang around and chat. Very roomy living room and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans etc. Everything about the place was absolutely perfect for us. The reason I did not give five stars was because I thought they were a little tight with their communication. We are an older couple and do not have access to the Internet through our phones. I had asked for a different type of Communication than email for the door code. I was told that the door code would be emailed at exactly 4 PM. I think if you’re going to spend a lot of money on a place like this, then they could be more accommodating with how they give you a door code. I called and left a message at the number provided, and sent messages via text, trying to gain access on the day of arrival and finally had to go to the reception area to get what I needed. I spent an hour trying to get in the front door when I needed to be preparing for the rest of my guests. A little frustrating. Having said all that, the lady at guest reception was super nice and welcoming and apologetic. Everything worked out and it was a great weekend, and I would highly recommend this beautiful home for your family trips.

Live like a millionaire for a few days.

Me and three friends took a mini vacation (3 nights) and totally enjoyed the experience. Fireplace, pool table, hot tub, nature walks. Big TV with all the channels. You can barely see the neighbours. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds are comfortable. Two things to mention: Bring your own firewood. I'm glad I did. I had some super dry oak off cuts that burnt beautifully. Then I bought 2 bags at the reception which barely burnt at all. Also, keep in mind that the price shown will be actually become much more when you add on the VRBO fee, cleaning fee, and all the taxes. I would love to do this again. Maybe try it in the summertime.
