We had a wonderful stay! The house itself was absolutely amazing and the location couldn't have been better for a quick getaway.A huge thank you to Cassie, who was extremely helpful and so easy to work with from start to finish. She made the whole process seamless.The only downside was the weather—it got very windy and cold on our last day—but what else do you expect in April? Even with the chill, we had a fantastic time. We are definitely going to be back! Thank you so, so much!

Great place! Incredibly clean. Wonderful hostess. Very pet friendly, including treats on the counter and walkable beach and road. Beach view from every room. Pots and pans. Coffee and hot chocolate. Fire pit. All present and accessible. We hope to head back! [Note: bring wind breakers and/or rain coats. Grab groceries before you get to the house. Grocery stores are about 15 minutes away.]

The property was clean and very well done. It is a small house, but laid out well. The owners did a great job of making you feel at home...from a nice bottle of wine to coffee left n the pantry. As another guest mentioned, the beach is lovely but rocks in the water make swimming at the house difficult. No worries for us as we are beach combers anyway.

Check in was so easy, the house is beautiful, the view was gorgeous and the host goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for your stay with kitchen items, towels, etc. Our favorite thing to do while we were there is going out in the mornings to help the hourseshoe crabs back in the water that washed up on shore. And my favorite place that be was sitting on the deck taking it all in. Highly recommend!

The PERFECT beach getaway! Just what we needed to close out our summer. Beautiful views, refreshing beachy home decor, and loved being just steps from the beach. This was our first time visiting Milford and we will definitely return to this special spot!

This was such a beautiful property and very kid friendly! It was our first beach experience with our toddlers and it was fabulous. The house had every amenity needed and then some! The host was extremely prompt with responses and easy to work with. Would 100% recommend

Beautiful beachfront home

Home was beautiful and had everything you need! Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful deck with water view. Host was great. Lots of locals do like to fish the beach in front of the home. It's awesome that we got to take our 2 dogs.

Great Location to DE Turf

We had a nice stay. Our son was playing lacrosse at DE Turf. It's very convenient to the fields. The owner was extremely accommodating she even allowed my son to come back after check-out to shower before our flight late that night.

Perfect sanctuary!

Renting vacation properties is always difficult with dogs and Cassie accepted our babies happily. Our goal was to never leave the house/property and we achieved just that! Our only regret was not realizing where the eagles nest was sooner! I didn’t realize the water wouldn’t be swim-able but the dogs loved the gentle waves and we truly had such a nice time even when the weather wasn’t great. Little details like a personalized welcome card gave that luxury feel.

We had a wonderful stay collecting shells, watching the hummingbirds, fishing and just relaxing. The beach house was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The beautiful sunroom was a great place to sit and read a book or play a game. The deck was great for getting a little sun. We had a great time and hope to come back soon!

This was our second time staying at Cassies house- somehow it was even better this year and last year was perfect! Love the addition of the tile walkway and the lower room upgrades. My wife would never leave if given the choice.
