We were on the 1st floor and ourvroom was very nice

This entire location forget they ere in the hospitality business

All was as great as it could be

Property had minor maintenance and cleanliness shortcomings. Plenty of raucous clientele as well to limit peacefulness. Experience was mediocre at best.

Hotel was good check in was super easy and not difficult at all. Only issue was we asked for a quiet side with no kids there were kids running up and down the hallway all night slamming doors didn’t get much sleep

We thought this would be like a mini Vegas vacation, not expecting that nice but similar experience. Our waiter at the bar was apparently upset to be at work. The rooms have a usb plug in that doesn’t charge your phone (seems useful). The walls are so thin we heard the people partying next to our room until 4AM. The bed is very uncomfortable, probably one of the worst hotel beds I have stayed in. Many of the slot machines are well played, faded and old. The person at check in was very nice and we are hoping the buffet tomorrow will at least be decent, besides that we won’t be back.

First time here. I would have thought that with a sold out hotel AND a major concert being performed (that’s the reason I came here), that they would have staffed up the number of check-in people. As it was, we had to stand in line that was as long as a TSA security check-point at the airport. Much too long of a wait to check in!

I was unexpectedly surprised. I thought it would be smoky and loud. It was very nice and I would like to visit again.

Called and cancelled our room cuz we couldn't make it. They said they would not charge any fees. They charged my card and we were not there.

Every thing was great. Still waiting fpr my deposit to be refunded though
