I was VERY Disappointed that we did not get to check in to our room until after 9 p.m! Then we had to take a different room that was not acessable like we reserved. My Friend has a prosthetic leg so it made it hard to get into the tub to shower. We asked if we could maybe get 1or 2 free nights for a future stay and was told because i booked through Expedia they couldnt do that.

Pool was ice cold, hot tub was closed. Attempted to go get food at plums, was told the fryers were put up for the night at 10pm. Valet is permanently closed, kids quest and arcade is non exsistent. Overall was a disappointing stay for a quick night away and waste of our reward points.

I waited to be notified that my room was ready and they never did. I finally went to the desk and asked if my room was ready and she said yes we don’t do that. It would have been nice to know that so I could have went to desk right away. Room was clean.

The beds, I really liked the beds. Also room was clean and included all the amenities you need fridge, microwave, table, coffee, and nice sized TV. For the price I was impressed and would recommend to anyone who needs a good nights rest.
