Log villa 2008, kitchen (40 m²), bedroom (11 m²) with double bed, dressing room/utility room, washroom (2 showers), sauna (electric sauna stove), separate WC, two terraces.
On the upper floor, bedroom (14 m²) with two beds and sofa bed, TV, DVD, bedroom (22 m²) with four beds, balcony.
Car shelter for two cars. Koivuniemen Rouva is a high-classed and spacious rental villa for a big group. Villa is skillfully built and carefully decorated. In this destination you will spend relaxing holiday. Calm location, services of city of Mikkeli only within 15 minute drive.
The nearest neighbor (150 m) is the owner's another rental villa 14377, there is a beach volleyball field between the villas. Field is in shared use. During winter period, owner prepares own ski trail in the surrounding terrain and on the pond ice (depends on ice and snow situation).
