This beautiful 6 bedroom villa is situated in the La Cala Golf Resort overlooking the golf course with beautiful views of the mountains, and has a private pool. The complex is approximately a 7 km drive to the coast and walking distance to the golf and club house.



This spacious villa is spread over 4 levels, the 1st one being on entrance to the property where the private double garage is located. A stone stairway takes you down to the villa. On entry there is an open plan style dining/living/kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate laundry room. The centre island can be used as a breakfast area. The dining and lounge areas lead out onto the spacious terrace fitted with quality terrace furniture which offers stunning views over the golf course and private pool.
