This is a good property. It states 3 bedroom, but isn’t. The back room has broken blinds, and is a washing room. My son had to sleep on the sofa for 2 weeks. The second room the bed slates are broken. The plug sockets need attention in the kitchen and bedroom 2 ( not working). Other than that a nice place. One pool was closed, but the others were lovely. You need a car to stay here as a bit far out. Not on a bus route, so I had to drive everywhere. ( which was ok). Just a heads up…Would of been good to have been informed about next door being a rubble site.

Basic appartement.

Ontvangt in het appartement was goed geregeld, wij konden ook eerder het appartement in. Er werd bij aankomt verteld dat er geklust kon worden naast ons, vanwege wat renovatie. Dit was eigenlijk een complete verbouwing! Muren en vloeren werder weg gehakt, constant lawaai. Dus voor ons geen fijn verblijf. Hier hadden ze ons beter voor kunnen waarschuwen!!Het appartement is niet goed toegankelijk voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn, gezien de trappen die je op en af moet om in het huis te komen.Appartement had 3 slaapkamer, alhoewel je de 3e slaapkamer eigenlijk geen echte slaapkamer kan noemen gezien dit een soort solarium is. Als je van een hele lichte warme ruimte houd is het prima. (Wij hebben de ramen afgeplakt, om het donker te maken. In de avond schijnt er namelijk ook nog een straatlantaarn de kamer in. Hier staat tevens ook de boiler in, welke redelijk veel lawaai maakt. Ook staat hier de wasmachine (erg handig)Appartement heeft 2 badkamers Helaas geen aktieve afzuiging, waardoor alles wel vochtig wordt binnen. Douchen moet je goed plannen, aangezien je niet voor iedereen warm water hebt. Wij waren met 5.De keuken was goed, helaas waren de spoelkraan en magnetron aan vervanging toe. En er was geen koffiezetapparaat aanwezig.De serre was echt goedTuinmeubilair was dik in orde. Zwembad niet het gehele jaar open! Vanaf 1 juni pas!! Van de 5 was er nu naar 1 open. Helaas ook niet het kinder badje.
