A large, 2 bedroom apartment with far-reaching sea and mountain views. It has 2 bathrooms, pool, high-speed wi-fi and private parking. There are 2 balconies for relaxing or dining.
The location is fantastic! Set on the peaceful mountainside, in a private gated community, in the famous village of Mijas Pueblo. You can walk to all shops, restaurants and bars, and it's just a short drive from the beach too!
The pool has panoramic views and the apartment has its own separate, secure garage.

Bedroom 1: King sized 160cm bed with premium mattress and bedding. Sliding doors leading to the balcony and sea views. Large wardrobe. Bedroom 2: Two single beds with premium mattresses and bedding. Light and airy room, large wardrobe.

The large kitchen has sliding doors to the first balcony, with a dining table & 4 chairs - perfect for eating outside with fabulous views! The kitchen has all appliances including dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. There is a washing machine too.
Balcony 2 is very large, with panoramic sea and mountain views. It has a bistro-style coffee table and chairs, additional bench seating & cushions, plus 2 reclining loungers for relaxing.
The large living area is furnished with a sofa, dining table and chairs. The smart TV can be used to log into your accounts for netflix, disney+, YouTube etc. There is also a separate desk and working area in this room; along with the high speed internet, it's very convenient to work from here.
The apartment has just been (July 2022) repainted throughout, furnished with brand new furniture, with a new shower installed in the second bathroom.
The residents pool is perfect to cool off on hot days. We provide pool/beach towels for your stay and there are two sunloungers on the balcony which you are welcome to use by the pool
Mijas Pueblo is the perfect location for a short or longer stay. It is a a typical white-washed Andalucian village, close to many beaches, golf courses and sights.
The views in Mijas Pueblo are stunning and the walk around the village has fabulous, panoramic coastal views. There are multiple restaurants, bars, shops... and music events and local festivals throughout the year. Every Wednesday there is a free flamenco show in the town, and small craft fair. There are also a few museums in the village.
Close by are a huge variety of golf courses, multiple routes for mountain-biking or hiking, water-parks, tennis clubs, watersports, beaches, marinas, shopping malls and more. Fuengirola beaches are closest, around 10-15mins drive depending on where - there are over 7km of long, wide, sandy beaches.
For families there are playgrounds, ice cream parlors, family-friendly restaurants and close by are sights such as the crocodile park, butterfly park, Sea life Center, Selwo Marina Park, BioParc Zoo, the Safari Park, aqua parks, mini-golf and more!
You can easily travel by bus down to Fuengirola and to the beach, there is a stop just a few meters from the apartment. Or by taxi. A car is recommended if you plan to travel to places beyond Fuengirola or the village itself.
You can walk easily in and around the village. There are many restaurants all around.
There is a bus going towards Coin, or down the mountain towards Fuengirola and the beach. The bus stop is just a few meters from the apartment. Its also easy to get a taxi.
A car is recommended if you plan to travel further afield than Fuengirola or Mijas Pueblo.
The apartment is set into the mountain side and you need to walk down/up a steep driveway to get from the front gate to the elevator to the apartment. (approximately 15-20 meters) Please consider this if you have any mobility difficulties
Please note we cannot rent to male-only groups of more than 2 people (unless it includes kids). This due to disappointing hosting experiences in the past.
