Welcome to this newly renovated and fantastic apartment with roof terrace and pool located in La Cala De Mijas on the Costa del Sol between Fuengirola and Marbella. The apartment is located in the well-kept Urbanization Angel de Miraflores about 10 min walk or 2min drive to the beach where there is among other things parking and several restaurants, a supermarket and a tennis court as well as on the beach there is a popular Chiringuito, which defines beach restaurants in Spanish. There is a mile-long promenade that runs from La Cala de Mijas to Cabopino and Marbella.700m to others is from the apartment you have Miraflores center with also a larger supermarket, good restaurants and entertainment, a short walk away is also Miraflores Golf. As you step into the apartment you will be met by a modern and open floor plan with the newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen to the right, with dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, coffee maker and much more. Straight ahead you have the living room with a large smart TV with international channels, a comfortable sofa bed and a balcony with spiral staircase up to the incomparable roof terrace. Here you have lounge furniture, dining area and a really good gas grill. Both bedrooms are equipped with A / C and comfortable double beds and storage, there are two bathrooms with bath and shower. All rooms have A / C with both cooling and heating. The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in all rooms, WIFI, Disk and washing machine, Fridge and freezer, Parking on the street, pool and much more. The cleaning fee includes bed linen and towels in one set per person. Baby Package €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability.
