This two bedroom two bathroom ground floor flat is ideally located in a residential area enjoying a privileged position about 100 meters from the beach of Calahonda and the amenities (Los Cipreses and El Campanario shopping centres with supermarkets, pharmacy, banks, cafes, restaurants, kiosk, dry cleaners / laundry, florist, etc ... ). The complex of CALAHONDA PARK situated in the lower part of the urbanisation of Sitio de Calahonda in Mijas Costa close to all the services that the area has to offer is made up of small buildings built in the typical Andalusian style enjoying two swimming pools and large tropical green areas.

Sitio de Calahonda is situated about 35 kilometres by car from Malaga airport, between the town of Fuengirola and Marbella. We spent 7 weeks at this property and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, the complex and the surrounding community. The apartment was well equipped with dishes, cookware and utensils all in excellent condition. All the bedding and towels were new and good quality. Being older we appreciated that it was on the ground floor.The complex was nicely landscaped and very quiet. It was only 5 minutes walk to grocery stores, restaurants and small shops. The beach, with lots of beach clubs and a beautiful walking trail was also less than a 5 minute walk. Parking was easy and there was a public bus that went along the coast and connected to the train.
