Start the day with a coffee on the adjoining south-east-facing terrace and let your gaze wander over the well-maintained residential complex all the way to the sea.

Costos adicionales deben estar claramente especificados desde el principio

El apartamento esta muy bien, forma parte de un conjunto residencial con la dinámica propia de vecinos. No están claramente establecidos desde el comienzo costos adicionales por persona, luego se establece un procedimiento de pago para los gastos adicionales que para nosotros resulto complejo, en especial frente a la exigencia inesperada de que los gastos adicionales debían ser cancelados para poder recibir la llave de la propiedad. El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado por el propietario y limpio.
