Apartment reformed on the sixth floor to 200 meters from the beach, with a communal pool and park. It has good views to the sea and the mountain, is easily accessible by highway and has bus stops a few meters.
It is a quiet neighborhood, in which sometimes small markets are celebrated in its surroundings. It is a few meters from the beach.

Very pleasant apartment, nice location.

Clean and comfortable, with all necessary amenities and shops and restaurants close by. There was a lovely pool, but not open for use because of no lifeguard. A pity. Had it been open and usable it would have made the place ideal. Still good value.
