The complex is 400 metres from the beach and a 5 minute walk into the heart of La Cala where you can find a selection of bars, restaurants, beach bars and shops. The complex also sits opposite a large supermarket and offers a large communal swimming pool, baby pools, a play area and extensive communal gardens. The apartment is fitted with hot & cold AC units in the lounge and master bedroom, plus free WIFI.



The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with lift access and is arranged over one level. Enter the apartment into the hallway where you have access to the separate fully equipped kitchen, which has access onto the terrace. The lounge offers a dining seating area, plus an L shaped sofa and smart TV with international channels. The lounge has direct access onto the extensive wrap around terrace, which has a lounge seating area, a dining area and sun loungers. From here you have views of the pool and garden areas and also of the sea.
