Ipanema is a spectacular newly built residence boasting a prime location near the picturesque village of La Cala de Mijas, its services and amenities, and next to the Calanova and La Cala golf courses.

This luxurious apartment comprises a master suite with a dressing room and bathroom, as well as two additional double bedrooms. Both bathrooms feature beautiful walk-in rain showers.



The spacious living room, with its modern open plan kitchen, is bathed in natural light and offers direct access to the terrace, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and the golf course, while cooking on the electric grill or simply soaking up the Andalusian sunshine.

The complex features two outdoor pools, a spa with a heated indoor pool, sauna, hammam, and a fully equipped gym.



Please note that for your comfort we provide a BASIC WELCOME PACK including mini-doses of shampoo, shower gel, soap and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, as well as a few capsules for coffee and the dishwasher, which will NOT GET RENEWED during your stay !
