Beautiful, comfortable house "Premium", built in 2024. Outside the resort, in a sunny position on top of a hill, in the countryside. For shared use: property 1'200 m2 (fenced), meadow 5'000 m2. Children's playground. Private: barbecue. In the house: WiFi, sauna, hot tub, air conditioning, burglar alarm system, washing machine. Narrow motor access. Parking at the house. Shop 3.5 km, grocery 2.5 km, supermarket 2.7 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 3 km, indoor swimming pool 10.0 km, public bathing area 4 km. Tennis 1.7 km, riding stable 8 km, fishing possibilities 2 km. Nearby attractions: Skalne Miasto w Aderspachu 11 km, Kompleks Sztolni Walimskich Riese 16 km, Zamek Książ w Wałbrzychu 25 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kamenec 8 km, Janskie Lazie 40 m, Pec pod Śnieżką 60 km.
