Vermieter antwortet zwar, hilft nur nicht

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Alles andere war weniger gut. Objekte die auf der Website angegeben werden, sind entweder nicht da oder funktionieren nicht oder sind nicht benutzbar. Die Wohnung war nur bedingt sauber als wir ankamen (fake wimpern auf dem Nachtisch, Kissenbezug mit Flecken, benutzte Ezigarette in der Couch) Man kann zwar zum Vermieter einfach über einen Chat Kontakt aufnehmen und einem wird auch schnell geantwortet nur nie dabei geholfen. Ich habe am ersten Tag nach dem Code für den Safe gefragt, damit man ihn benutzen kann und 7 Tage später wurde es immernoch nicht gelöst.
