This comfortable and modern apartment is designed for four people. It is located on the fifth floor of the building, so guests can enjoy a nice view of the charming surroundings from the furnished balcony. The availability of an outdoor table and chairs means that visitors can enjoy their morning coffee or have a snack in a pleasant atmosphere. The establishment has one bedroom, where a comfortable, large double bed is placed, along with a set of bedding. In the living room stands a sofa bed for two people, as well as a dining table with chairs ideal for serving and eating meals. The room also has a table, a cabinet and a television with access to terrestrial channels. In the hallway, visitors have a capacious closet ideal for storing belongings brought in. The ability to quickly and easily prepare meals is taken care of by the functionally equipped kitchenette, which has to offer such appliances as a pour-over coffee maker, microwave, toaster, as well as a kettle and refrigerator with freezer. In the bathroom, a welcome toiletries kit, shower, towels and a hairdryer await guests. Motorized guests can use an underground parking space.

The property is located 800 meters from the Oceanarium, as well as the entrance to the beautiful sandy beach. The biggest attractions of Miedzyzdroje - the promenade and the pier - are about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. There you can fully enjoy the charms of the city, great restaurants and shopping and service outlets. It is worth a walk to the nearby Spa Park (600 m), which is a sanctuary of tranquility. The railroad station in Miedzyzdroje is 850 m away, which will surely be appreciated by those traveling by this means of transport.
