I have several things to say.1. CHECK IN PROCESS: I did not receive communications on how to access the property the say before the trip, so I thought it will be sent to me sometime before check in. That was not the case. I messaged the host when we were close to the property and she texted me the information. The information she sent had a different address. So we turned around and drove the opposite direction. We got to the house and was pleasantly surprised that the house looks entirely different. There was another family staying on the property. We both messaged the host and it turns out thT the first address we had, was the right address.2. THE HOUSE: On the exterior, it looks just like how it does on the pictures. However when we entered the house was ffilthy and it smelled like someone died. smelled and real filthy. really bad, and do dirty! 3) COMMUNICATIONS: I texted and called the host multiple times that evening and got no response. We had to figure out a place for the night and cut our trip short. (It was peak season and the county fair, so places were all fully booked) I texted her to request for a full refund. I got a response from her two hours later which said that she had already initiated the refund process.4) REFUND: I will update this review when i receive my refund. If you are still reading this, then ai have not received my money yet.
