Master Suite has fireplace. HUGE Patio, Game room, Pool, Ping Pong, Pool House, and Tons of space on acreage! Propane and charcoal BBQ. 13 beds (1 King, 1 Sofa Bed Queen, 5 full, 1 twin, and 6 rolling twins). This is a working goat ranch, so there are animals (barn cats and an old harmless farm dog) on the property. A ranch hand stops by to feed the animals. 8.5 miles to Waxahachie civic center. 7.5 miles to Ellis County Expo Center.
The pool slide and hot tub are not available.
