This detached, comfortable holiday home is located directly on the water in the spacious De Bloemert Waterpark holiday park on the Zuidlaardermeer lake. It is located on the edge of the province of Drenthe, 3 km from the village of Zuidlaren, close to nature parks such as the Drentsche Aa National Park and De Hondsrug Geopark. The beautiful city center of Groningen is 18 km away. Located in the water-rich part of the holiday park, the holiday home is comfortably and fully furnished and extends over two floors. The ground floor features a living room with a TV and an open-plan kitchen, equipped with a combi-microwave and a dishwasher, among other amenities. A separate toilet is located in the hallway. A storage room with a washing machine and dryer completes the complex. The first floor features three bedrooms, two of which each have two single box-spring beds. In one of these bedrooms, the two single beds are arranged together to form a double bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. A cot, highchair, and stair gate are standard. In addition to the stairs, the holiday home has a few steps. Outside, you'll find a garden with a waterfront terrace, garden furniture, and a jetty. Parking is available for one car directly at the holiday home. The holiday park also offers central parking. At the Waterpark De Bloemert holiday park, various types of holiday homes and chalets for two to twelve people are available for reservation. Some of them have a sauna and/or a private indoor pool.
