I didn’t like that I had to pay $7.00 plus tax a day to park at the Hotel. The parking is open , out front of the property like most hotels where it’s free

I just stayed here for 4 nights for a business trip. The first couple of nights went ok, but the loud AC woke me up every time it came on, so it was a bit uncomfortable. On my third night, I woke up at 1 a.m. and found a large roach crawling on my bed side table. I jumped off my bed and found a second large roach crawling next to my bed, making on his way up to my sheets. I called the front desk and a lady came in to kill the roaches, but only found one. I asked to move to another room, so she got me a room down the hall within a few minutes and helped carry my things. As I was unpacking in the second room, I found a large spider in the bathtub, so she killed it for me. Needless to say, I had a very uncomfortable night having to keep my eyes open for crawling creatures. Aside from the roaches, the staff was nice and the rooms were large. However, I will not be staying here ever again.
The lobby/bar area is modern and interesting. The rooms are clean, large, and comfortable. For breakfast, they had my favorite, the Texas shaped waffles. The only thing that could have been better is a bit larger pool. There were so many children in it, it was crowded.

The kids loved the pool, with it being an outdoor pool I think it should open before 10 am. The rooms were spacious but housekeeping needs to check under the beds(my 1 yr old granddaughter found water bottles under the beds). Other then that the room was clean. Breakfast was wonderful lots of choices everyone found something they liked.
Had an issue with the door battery going out and couldnt get into our room one of the nights. Was put into a new room for the night and given a complementary night for our troubles. Other than that everything was very good especially for the price.
cleaning staff was just a bit too impatient. always had to wait for someone to walk out to the reception. rooms are nice, large and clean. a little european feel to them.
Very very clean, comfortable. Staff was warm & friendly. Great breakfast, great night sleep-quiet and comfortable. Temp was easy to control in the room. Highly recommend & I will return!
