Walk in shower and new vanity in renovated bathroom. Towels, washcloths, and starter packs for soap, toiletries, etc.
Stackable washer & dryer with starter pack of soap and dryer sheets
Fully stocked kitchen with basic spices and all of the essentials you will need including oven, stove, microwave, full fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal, pots, pans, cooking utensils, Keurig coffee machine, dishes, silverware, paper towels, coffee pods, creamer, sugar, etc.
Comfortable queen-sized beds selected with hard working travelers in mind. Sheets, bedding, towels, black out curtains, portable fans for white noise. Basically everything a traveling professional will need to get quality rest.
Downstairs patio area that is fenced (small)
Balcony overlooking tree filled courtyard with access from master bedroom

One covered parking space right outside back patio area with access to back door
