Charming Downtown Two Bedroom
We're so happy to offer our home three blocks from the Loons Baseball Stadium and Downtown Midland. Our two bedroom one bath home with large finished basement office is perfectly situated in Midland; our home is 7 mins from the Midland Hospital, 5 mins from Dow Chemical North Entrance, 11 mins from the Midland Soccer Complex. We have everything needed for cooking and hosting families with young children.
The street is very walkable; try the farmers market just down the street at Loons Stadium!
The space
You'll find our well stocked, very clean home to be designed to be a comfortable as possible. Hardwood floors, very fast internet, lots of windows, a finished basement with an office and washer and dryer. We hope you enjoy the thought and care we put into decorating and remodeling the home, it has definitely been a labor of love.
Guest access
You'll have access to the whole house - the utility room remains locked but can accessed if needed. We use it to store some personal items.
