The Space
There are two bedrooms with Queen sized beds (sleeping 2 guests each) and closets. One of these bedrooms also has a TV and dresser. There is a full-sized mattress in the pull-out sofa in the living room to sleep an additional 1-2 people.

The living room offers plenty of space and a large TV. There are also several outdoor spaces including an enclosed front porch, a private back porch, and a fenced-in yard with a fire pit and chairs.

The dining room comfortably seats 6 people. There is a full kitchen with all the appliances and cookware you’ll need! The bathroom has a bathtub and storage for toiletries.

The driveway can fit 3-4 cars and there is free street parking on surrounding streets.

Clean and very spacious place with good amenities..thanks for providing lot of keurig coffee for us who depend on am coffee to get up!! Some minor things that we think your cleaner not telling like need to replace light bulb or tighten up your bathroom doorknob... Otherwise, it's wonderful stay..

Fantastic Rental
This was a wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend it. It was extremely clean, had everything I needed and the location was great. The decor was well thought out which I appreciate, rather then just trying to fill the space. It felt like a home away from home. Please give it a try, you will be glad you did.

Lovely Getaway in restored home
The home was absolutely adorable. Restored and updated with everything you need. We enjoyed arriving into a super clean comfy apartment (1st floor of a house). The hosts were responded to all our questions and were very hospitable. Highly recommend!

Owners responsive, on location and helpful! Nice 2 bedroom, well supplied kitchen / pantry for cooking etc. It was a very busy road and a little difficult to back out onto, but close to down town and major road ways.

Our stay at your home was perfect, we will definitely stay again in the future. This home is beautiful, clean and has everything you need. Very close to Wesleyan University, very convenient for us as we moved my daughter in for her first year.

I stayed two nights. Both owners were wonderful with communication. I stayed with 2 small dogs. There is a nice fenced yard out back. There are stairs to get to it. If you walk your dogs take them to the right as you walk out the front door. The house is older but has been updated and looks wonderful. The shower in the bathroom has great water pressure. I had a great stay while visiting with friends in the area and would stay here again. It's in a convenient location.
