Inside, the living area opens under whitewashed beams, where leather sofas and a fireplace create a cosy retreat after days by the shore.

The open-plan layout flows through to a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, gas cooktop, full-sized fridge, dishwasher, and all the essentials for preparing meals. A generous dining area bathed in natural light opens onto the rear deck – a covered alfresco space complete with lounge chairs and a BBQ. Beyond, a private courtyard features a trampoline and treehouse set amongst native plantings, creating a fun and secure play area that kids will love.

Four bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged for rest and retreat. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, exposed brick wall, and warm pendant lighting, creating an inviting haven with direct access to the ensuite. The ensuite continues the home’s calming aesthetic, with dual basins, a large walk-in rainfall shower, and spa-like lighting paired with modern finishes. Two additional bedrooms are light-filled and styled with double beds, while the bunk room adds a playful touch ideal for children. The family bathroom offers a freestanding tub for soothing soaks, a floating vanity, and a separate shower. A dedicated laundry with a washing machine ensures convenience throughout your stay.

An outdoor shower at the front is perfect for rinsing off after beach days. Reverse-cycle air conditioning and on-site parking ensure a comfortable, hassle-free stay.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
