Disliked: Check-in, communication
Fairly average place, but pleasant little house. Could do with a few upgrades regarding glasses and other kitchen items, but nothing to really complain about.
The check in process was absolutely terrible. I hadn't been issued with a code for the key safe. I rang the contact number and after 40 minutes on hold I finally managed to speak to someone. I was issued with a code for the key safe, but unfortunately, there was no key inside. After a further 50 minutes on hold, interspersed with sporadic conversation, I eventually received details of a second key save used by the cleaners. This contained 2 sets of keys.
90 minutes on the phone to gain access is absolutely unacceptable.
