The room was alot smaller than advertised and the photos made it look better than it was. On first appearance it seemed nice but small. The TV didn't work Correctly nether did the washer / dryer. The shower we couldn't use it was either freezing cold or burning hot. I burnt myself using it the first time the temperature controller didn't work. The beds were so uncomfy. We couldn't sleep well or shower so we have requested a full refund. No one on reception most of the time we were there to log a complaint to in person just a phone number.

Though this would be just a bedroom and bathroom but no this had a small kitchen and living room, very impressed for the the money, nice and easy check in, only thing is that my sat nave sent me wrong due to it being so close the the A66, head for Middlesborough Railways Station
