Stay was excellent However no soap / shampoo in Toilets I mean this is common and every day necessitates Towels was not included And Beds was not make over I mean linen was not done So basic necessities should be included Otherwise all good

Excellent accommodation

The place was clean, and the heating was excellent during our stay ( winter time ). The car park is excellent too. It is basically right next to our accommodation. We will definitely come back and use this accommodation again. Highly recommended!

Very impressed with the facilities. Was a great room to come back to after long days of exploring the area around wider Belgium and Netherlands. Definitely coming back to have a more slower relaxed stay, to explore more the local area and the beach during summer.

The apartment was so nice especially with 3 children, we brought practically everything we needed with us down to towel, the down bulk bed was a bit too low, one have to be careful getting in and out, the blanket stink of sweat, please do wash the blanket, you have to the check-in yourself, the customer service was contacted via email, and they respond almost immediately, nice location 10 minutes walk to the beach, getting around will be better with a car, I would highly recommend.

The check in process was a little confusing. The map on the ground floor didn’t show upstairs. A few people were walking round confused. The rooms were nice. Sofa bed wasn’t great. Very noisy but the apartment was ok. Not much locally. Tea / coffee sachets would have made it a lot better.

The property was good for a couple of days at the beach. The bouncy castle and pirate ship were great for keeping the kids entertained. The rooms with a pull out bed I wouldn’t recommend. The pull out bed is extremely uncomfortable. The door to exit the room was also in the area with the bunk beds, where the kids sleep, and there were no safety measures on the door so our two year old could open the door.

Great place for families.

Excellent location only 10mins walk to the beach. The apartment was clean and spacious. Great for families. You do need to take everything from towels, tea towels to hand soap. Bed sheets are provided.

Overall good but impossible to locate and reach

We had a trouble and it was nightmare to find the location GPS took us to a surreal haunted place where the building could not match the description of the building what we booked. It was 8 pm and when I tried to call at the number it said, it is not in use. although time to contact these people was until 10pm. A local tourist helped us to find the way out. Flat and property was overall clean but too much hassle to find it.

Dirty and not compliant with reservations

First, we took a studio, wich implies a bathtub, that was one of our criteria for the chamber. First deception seeing that it it is a shower.. I called the contact number, we're I've been told I lie and that they do not ensure a shower or a bahtube... But still I had the reservation where it was written. They then offered to give me 2 towels free of charge (normally 5 eur. Each) as a compensation. Which never arrived. Sweet... We then realized that the shower evacuation wasn't cleaned when the water rises up a lot in the bathroom... (Open shower on the ground side) The balcony was on the other side fulfilled with cigarettes, blocking also the evacuation of water. And then balcony doesn't seemed cleaned for 2 months juged by the quantity of spider webs on the balcony ladder... Maybe a good address for families that will not look upon all those details, but definitly not made couples our persons /families that want quality.

Family Break

The apartment was ok and the food cabin opposite was really useful and good value. Negative there was no extractor fan in bathroom. Four people sharing!!! Good location and access to tram which was good.

A Different Experience

The hotel is nice, clean, well appointed and the kitchen has all you need. There is a nice grocery store a couple miles away. The different thing is the cocept. It says when you make the reservation that you will receive the codes for access to the parking and your room by e-mail. That does not happen until a day or two before you arrive. It is worrisome. Either I missed it or it is ot clear on the Orbitz website but towels are not included is the basic linen package. It is a seperate package at an additional cost. I tried to contact the hotel before I went on my trip and the phone number in the Orbitz trip confirmation did not work. I had to look up the hotel group on the internet to get a contact number. When I called them, they did not recognize the Orbitz itenerary number. The rooms are nice but the double bed is against the wall which makes it difficult to make the bed in the morning. It would probably be better for a week stay. I was there for threes weeks. It is out it the country so it has peaceful surroundings. Has several english TV channels.

Stinkendes Bad, Hochbett kaum nutzbar, es kann nur Mittelbett benutzt werden. Die untere Bettebene von Hochbett ist auf Bodenebene, kann man nicht nutzen, mittlere Etage geht, oben kommt man schlecht hoch und stoßt sich ständig den Kopf auf Decke. Allgemein war das Zimmer nicht sauber. Klimaanlage hat leider auch nicht funktioniert.
