The open, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking and dining together. The bathroom has a shower, and there is a separate toilet for extra convenience. The residence is located in a quiet side street off Leopoldlaan, close to the seafront, with restaurants, cafés, and shops within walking distance. The tram stop is also nearby, making excursions easy.
