Both are located on a property of more than 4000m2 in the middle of a garden planted with Tanzanian plants, banana trees, coconut trees and flowers of all types, accompanied by a spacious swimming pool. AIKA House is inspired by a contemporary Afro style and is equipped with all the essential equipment for your daily life. The height of the typically African-style ceilings, the brightness of the place and the convenient access to the garden with swimming pool will bring you unique comfort. Our team does everything to make you feel at home. You can reach the complex by the main road, which is a 10-minute drive away. On site, there is free and private parking. You will be accommodated in front of the fine sand beach with a silent sea, only 3 minutes walk. The location is surrounded by greenery, facing south you will breathe the sea air and can shelter if you wish under the pergola of the villa or under the parasols around the swimming pool.
