I knew what to expect since know the area well from previous travels so essentially i knew what to expect. It was a great neighborhood. When we got there the refrigerator door was open there was water everywhere and not a mop in sight, good thing the shopping center is literally across the street. it was one of the Best parts of our stay The food! was incredible the local Supermarket was HUGE and they had hot food AUTHENTIC Cuban / central American food and everyone was soooo nice. The wifi in the rental was the worst ever they constantly avoided giving us the correct wifi information. We ended up getting the right info from another guest and I understood why they avoided giving it to us in the first place it was horrible and seemed like it was overwhelmed to the point that if we wanted to use Netflix it wasn't gonna happen. The bathrooms shower head ect.. where literally so full of calcium and rust i had buy bathroom cleaner and clean myself. I was also made aware that the maintenance people came in to check the fridgebut I specifically asked to be contacted first I didnt give them permission to enter the unit yet they still did. Other guest kept leaving the downstairs Door opened since you have to put in the code to leave and come in, so folks just decided it was inconvenient which created a super unsafe situation.The staff was nice on the phone although i was told that i would recive some type of reimbursement they asked for my zelle but nothing. You get what you pay for..
