I had an amazing stay. The check-in was effortless. The staff were very friendly and explained how everything worked. The room was very clean, up-to-date and modern. The location was perfect. We stayed for 1 night and the room had no air conditioning. We reported it around 3am when we got there and they didn’t show until after 11am and said that they had it turned off earlier on their remote system. We said it at the front desk and we only received an apology and a “everything else was ok?” Like if it is ok to sleep with no AC. I am never going back to that hotel.
