Love the Yotel. Very reasonable with 5 star service. Secured elevators and rooftop bar area. Will always go there when I come to Miami. The beds are extremely comfortable.

We went for a concert at Kaseya Center and we walked to and from so that was a plus. Walkable to Bayside which was also nice. The lobby was always congested and its mostly because there is a restaurant and bar located there too.

It’s pretty much all construction right around the property so not much of a view. However it is very walkable to lots of food and shopping so that’s a plus. Check in wasn’t great, just a big delay with check in and limited communication regarding when my room would be ready. The room itself is nice and very clean when I got it though. The doors can be very loud when they shut.

Very new, modern design. Power bed, giant tv… Small room, no clothes closet, just a hanger… The big controversy; the toilet is just behind a glass separator door inside the room. Absolute no privacy. No problem for solo guests but awkward even for married couples…

Great facility - Terrible Customer Service

We arrived to check-in, the young lady at the front desk never greeted us or looked up. She simply said "I need your ID". She reviewed ID, gave us our keys with our room number and never thanked us or said a word. I've never experienced this type of poor customer service before. Morning of check-out, we wanted to purchase 2 bottles of water from the vending machines. They were padlocked. I asked the front desk, 2 employees doing nothing but chatting, they advised I had to go to the bar. 3 bartenders working, with 3 customers at the bar, took over 11 minutes to get someone to help me with getting 2 bottles and pay for them. Not acceptable service from either encounter with staff. Highly disappointed.
