Fabulous

I arrives 10am and was offered an early check in. The room was clean & well equipped. Brilliant location & as a solo lady traveller I felt safe walking to & from trips early morning or late evening. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Was given a later check out time too!

When I checked into room 303, the bed was already broken. I always take pictures just for reasons like this. They had the audacity to charge me $150 for something that was already broken. The front desk personnel assured me I would not be charged as I have proof of the time and day of when I checked in. Which was this past THURSDAY 10/9/25 at approximately 9pm. Makes me wonder how many other people they have charged for broken furniture that they did not break. YOTEL miami, do better and keep track of things so that yall don’t inconvenience other people.

Room not ready at check in. Staff were polite but not overly accommodating. Simply instructed us to wait in the lobby for an additional 45 minutes. It was pouring outside so a walk around the city to kill time was not a possibility. Once a room was available, the stay was pleasant.
