Enjoy views of Biscayne Bay and Margaret Pace Park. With South Miami Beach 3 miles away you can indulge in the sun of Miami Beach while still feeling the energy of downtown Miami.

Please Note: Lobby Renovations in Progress
The building lobby is currently undergoing renovations. While the work is ongoing, full access to the building remains available—though navigation may be slightly confusing at times. All businesses in the lobby are open as usual.
To assist you, clear signage will be posted to help guide you in and out with ease. Rest assured, no noise from the renovations can be heard from inside the condos, and your stay will not be interrupted in any way.

Pool Access: Our building's pool will be closed for repairs from July 21st through early September.
During this time, we’re happy to offer complimentary access to the Marriott pool, conveniently located right next door. Guests can easily access it through our retail lobby.
We apologize for any inconvenience and are glad to provide this alternative so you can still enjoy some time by the pool!

Located on the 41st penthouse floor and facing North, Wildest Dreams! Penthouse is a 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom retreat that offers water views of Biscayne Bay and Margaret Pace Park views from its private balcony. With over 1850 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Wildest Dreams Penthouse! accommodates a maximum of 6 adults + children (15 years of age or younger).

As you enter Wildest Dreams! Penthouse, you notice the fully equipped kitchen which boasts a bar counter that frames stunning views. The dining area is adorned with a Chandelier, once gracing The Delano hotel on South Miami Beach.

The living room features a couch complemented by accent chairs. After a day of Miami exploration, this living room serves as the ideal sanctuary to unwind. There is a 65" Roku streaming TV. Step right out onto your private furnished balcony from the living room.

The first master bedroom exudes a sense of grandeur that defies boundaries. Double-paned glass sliding doors offer private access to the balcony, where breathtaking views unfold before you from the vantage point of a king-sized bed. Equipped with a 55” Roku streaming tv with Netflix, Sling and so many options to unwind. A vanity area gracefully leads the way into the en-suite private bathroom, replete with a generously sized tub and a separate shower for a spa-like indulgence.

The second master bedroom exudes a timeless elegance, enhanced by additional Murano Night stands that once graced the penthouse of The Delano. Through expansive sliding doors, step onto the balcony and relish in the gentle breeze, bask in the sunlight, and soak in the breathtaking sunset. A 55" Roku streaming TV graces this bedroom, offering entertainment at your fingertips. Within this master suite, you'll also discover the second full bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, adding to the comfort and convenience of this luxurious retreat.

The third junior-size bedroom boasts a full-sized daybed and benefits from a large mirrored wall that creates an illusion of added space. Just like the more expansive master bedrooms, this room offers private balcony access. With a cozy ambiance, this room exudes comfort and features a decorative fireplace that enhances its charm. A 50” Roku TV is included in this room

Located in the hallway, the third full bathroom features a convenient shower.

The fourth and smallest bedroom stands as a concealed treasure, featuring a captivating mirrored ceiling. Positioned right as you enter the condo by the kitchen. Furnished with a full-sized bed, it's accompanied by a 50” Roku streaming TV.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of what has been paid thus far.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will result in a loss of the full booking amount.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2 business days after the cancellation date or approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, such as State of Emergency orders for Florida (Miami-Dade county). Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will gladly offer the option to change the dates of your reservation. You must notify us as soon as possible so we can assist in change of dates. No refunds will be given. 
- In the event of flight cancellation there will be no refunds given.

Date Change Policy:
- If you wish to change your reservation dates, you may be allowed to do so, subject to availability and approval by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC.
- Date changes requested within 14 days of the original check-in date may incur additional fees of new dates pricing.
- No refund will be issued if the new dates are not adhered to.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC can only accommodate one change of dates.

Travel Insurance:
- We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, cancellations, and emergencies.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from your failure to obtain travel  insurance. Bluewater Realty Miami LLC cannot be asked to intervene or act as insurance providers.

BUILDING RULES:
- Visitors are not allowed up to the condos for any length of stay. Only the registered guests staying will have access up to the condo. (Building rule we can not amend) 
- THE MAX OCCUPANCY FOR THIS PROPERTY IS: 6 ADULTS + 2 children (15 years of age or younger)
-  If you arrive with more adults, it simply is not a building rule we, or the front desk, can amend. (City of Miami sets occupancy) 
- Monthly bookings (28+ nights) are allowed visitors only.
- Any type of altercation with building security or staff will result in immediate eviction from mgmt. If this occurs, there will be no refund of any kind. The reason is, The Grand residential tower is occupied not only by guests such as yourselves, but mainly residents who reside here and want a peaceful environment.
- We know you value your belongings, so don't leave them behind! We are not liable for any personal belongings left inside the property after check out. We are happy to mail back any belongings found (at your expense).
- No third party bookings unless agreed to by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC. Just let us know prior to booking if you're booking on behalf of others.
- There is no smoking of any kind permitted in our property. Smoking is only permitted if it's legal! and on the balcony with all doors tightly closed. Smoking detected within condo will result in loss of damage deposit. 
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will not be held liable for any building amenities being closed during your stay. This is totally out of our control, we will not give refunds for this situation, should it arise during your stay.
- Absolutely no pets are permitted. We are unable to amend this rule. We absolutely love animals! However, we must follow the building rules on nightly/monthly rentals.
- Must be 21+ to book with us and check in. 
- All guests will receive a hand-scan at check in for access around building. (Through security front desk, access to elevators, in from pool, and in/out of gym). This hand scan will be deleted from system at 11am on check out day.
- At check-in, you must present the credit card used during checkout, and it must match the name on the booking. Additionally, upon arrival, you will be asked to sign a form acknowledging your agreement to these charges and confirming that you will not dispute them after your stay. No exceptions will be made to this requirement.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during your stay at a property. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. There will be a hold placed the day of arrival on your payment method for $250.00 that will automatically be released  48 hours  after check out if no damages or loss are found. 
- By making a reservation, you agree to the booking terms, including payment processing and cancellation policies, as specified for each property.

AFTER BOOKING: (nightly rentals)
-Please attach a photo of a driver's license or passport for each adult, including yours for building registration. This is mandatory for us to register everyone properly and please don't cross anything off on ID or you'll need to resend.

VALET FEES:
Valet is the only available option. 
You have two choices:
(Unlimited in/out privileges)
-Pay in advance daily valet for $42 PRIOR to your arrival day.
-Pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48.

- Please let us know if you require valet so we can email you an invoice due anytime prior to arrival day.

AFTER BOOKING: (Monthly stays)
28+ day stays (Monthly bookings only)
- $50 per adult background check/approval Mgmt fee (invoice sent to pay online after booking)
- 24/48 hours business day approval process.
- Emails for each adult.
- Drivers license for US citizens, Passport for international guests
- Each adult will receive via Docusign the building addendum and background check form to fill out which will require a social security number for US citizens.
- No prior arrests
-$400.00 monthly valet parking if needed will be sent by invoice via email to pay prior to arrival day.
