Hot Tub would be nice if it worked

We rented this place because of the rooftop hot-tub. 95 degrees is barley a warm bath. Rooms are very small and there is no furniture to really unpack your clothes except a small shelf in the closet. Roof top Grill should have been replaced a long time ago and is not functional. Kitchen is minimal without drawers but who would cook here with all the amazing restaurants around. Location is great and walling distance to the beach. Parking is limited is a small garage that is difficult to navigate. The place isn't bad but overpriced based on needed repairs that should have been disclosed. Owner offered no discount considering.
