Off the beaten path, this zen is nestled on an oversized acre lot. Beautiful gardens provide tons of
privacy, a lush tropical oasis sits beside the large heated salt water pool, featuring palm trees,
plumerias, birds of paradise and orchirds. The circular driveway has automatic gate entry, additional
features include a jacuzzi, and large tiki hut. This home features state of the art kitchen appliances
both inside and out. Viking custom fridge (to match kitchen cabinets) an outdoor kitchen decked out
with mini fridge and gas grill, perfect for entertaining. 5 bedrooms include both an expansive master
and junior master upstairs; downstairs are 3 bedrooms as well as a movie theater that doubles as an
additional sleeping space with adjacent full bathroom. A game room containing pool table and
foosball also has a flatscreen tv to catch all the games. Sonos speakers are throughout the entire
property offering an unmatched entertaining experience.
The villa features a kitchen and 4 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 6 bedrooms. The villa also includes a sofa bed.
