Valentines weekend.
I called the property the day of my check in at 8 am to ask to check in early. Property manager said can check in at 1. They then proceed to ask me about another person that was not on my reservation. They double booked the room and refunded my account and stated they had a leak in the roof. The day of my reservation. If I had not checked in with them at 8 am they would have not reached out to let me know about the “leak in the building.” I then had to find a hotel last minute on Valentine’s Day weekend.
