Property is great! Room not so much

First night the AC was programmed to heat. I called department owner and she said engineering was coming. When they didn’t show up, I called her back finally 24 hours later the hotels engineer came and reset the thermostat to cool. Please be aware that you are not part of the hotel. You have to pay 125 per night to the hotel in addition to this rental fee to use the property amenities. You cannot charge your room you cannot get room service. You cannot buy movies. You cannot do anything at the hotel offers by renting through this avenue. It was very disappointing considering we had to pay an extra thousand dollars that we were unaware of.
