This brand-new Villa is highlighted by the Treehouse with its bedroom and the incredible game room that includes a TV, a projector and beer-pong/foosball tables.



The backyard will blow your mind thanks to the following: heated pool, jacuzzi, firepit, pickleball court, cabana, outdoor furniture, dining table, BBQ grill, chill spots and a BKB hoop.



The interior has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, an office, a pool table and other games.

TREEHOUSE: KING SIZE BED, a full private bathroom and a mancave. Remember the tree house is rustic, u probably may encounter some bugs there..its normal.

The host was terrific and very responsive however we had many issues with hot water. The outdoor area needs much more lighting. We wished there was a sound system to connect to. And the house should also provide more towels and cleaning supplies. It was difficult to keep the kitchen clean on our stay. But we enjoyed our stay and with a few small upgrades the house could be really incredible.

19 of us stayed for my 30th birthday and it was perfect for what we needed! So much to do in the villa, both adults and kids had a great time. The pool was definitely the most enjoyed by everyone!! Thank you

DO NOT STAY HERE

Do not stay here. Property was NOT AS ADVERTISED. Entire backyard is dilapidated. Pool is full of algae. The water features and fire pit looks like they haven’t worked in a very long time. All of the backyard furniture broken or covered in mold and missing cushions so only bare wood to sit on. The grass is over grown. The game room under the treehouse needs to be cleaned. Roaches inside the home. Some of the rooms do not cool adequately. My family complained immediately to property manager. He sent persons to clean the pool. The pool still remained full of algae and unusable. We only stayed there 1 night and left early the next morning due to the poor condition of the property. Communization broke down after we left the property. He stopped responding to messages on Vrbo. After much back and forth the property manager assisted us in recovering packages that we had sent to be delivered to the home (we had initially booked for 5 nights). We were only refunded 3 of the 5 nights. This is unacceptable to me. It is only fair to be charged for the one night we occupied the home. The home is not as advertised.

Amazing Property

This property exceeded our expectations in every way possible. There is so much to keep everyone entertained, and the layout is very functional for a big group. Beds are also incredibly comfortable. The pool and hot tub are incredible, along with the sports court and treehouse. 20 minute drive to either Ft. Lauderdale or South Beach, and located on a very quiet street. We will definitely stay here again!
