Sorry for the typos, the text won't scroll so i can't see them unless i erase enough to get to the first box. Booked this place 8/8 for my stepdaughter's 21st birthday/Taylor Swift show on 10/19. Got a confirmation email Thursday 10/17 that had no property access information. Messaged the host on Friday and Saturday through the app and got no response. When VRBO support provided her phone number she did answer my text saying she had canceled the booking because the property was not ready. Which is interesting since they are still accepting new bookings for a place that "isn't ready", the property is still showing as booked and never gave me my money back. She also listed the reason for the cancelation through VRBO (when she finally ACTUALLY canceled the stay several hours after we were already supposed to check in) as "guest age limit " even though we are all over 21. I ended up spending almost double on a last minute stay somewhere else because of this nonsense. Save yourself some frustration and book elsewhere. would save myself the frustration
