Perfect weekend getaway...beach was a little disappointing but at no fault of the property.

Great hotel with beautiful tennis courts and a fantastic beach. The beach is quiet with great service. Highly recommended.

They went above and beyond to make my daughters birthday so soecial

The Ritz Carlton in Key Biscayne Florida is one of my favorites. It's an awesome ocean front location and the staff are the best you will find. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and I get a kick out of seeing the locals riding around in their golf carts. We took our rental car for a 5-10 minute drive right to Miami to see the sights, it's so convenient. If you speak Spanish you will be right at home as this is the predominant second language. This was our second stay and we will be going back again!!

The staff and managers couldn't do enough for us. You should be proud of your team. My parents are approaching their 80s and my father is in a wheelchair and they bent over backwards for them. Thank you for making their experience so wonderful.

Enjoyed the restaurants, the cigar shop/bar and the overall feel of the surrounding area. Pools were nice (separate for adults) and iguanas in trees were cool. There was some nice salsa dancing in lobby on Sat night. Tequila tasting was fun in the cantina. $$ but mostly worth it. The beach was in bad shape with seaweed and odors, but seemed to slowly get better over a few days and plenty of other places to go swim.

The property is really well manicured, truly understated luxury and staff is very professional and attentive from the moment you get out of your car. We were upgraded to a room with a better view and our hotel loyalty program was honored by getting free faster wifi. Front desk clerk, “Tabatha” was a joy really welcoming. The bed is amazingly comfortable, huge bathroom with separate tub. The decor is classic, fresh and clean. Two different pool areas, families and a more subdued quiet choice both staffed with very courteous, accommodating staff. There are ample food choices, the pool areas have the usual fare and bars available. There are a couple of restaurants had lunch at Dunes bar grill by the pool, enjoyed awesome burgers and cocktails. Dinner was at the Lightkeepers restaurant oceanfront and enjoyed impeccable service you server “Placido” and delicious seafood. There’s a large breakfast buffet at the same restaurant, we chose a la carte items and enjoyed the fresh egg white omelette and berries pleasantly served by “Rolando”. This is a great choice for lodging on Key Biscayne FL. The hotel is not a loud party place it’s exactly what you’d expect from a luxury brand. The locations is a few minutes from downtown. Miami and access to main roads leading to anywhere in South FL.

We had a wonderful experience, the hotel staff was extremely efficient, very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel if you can afford it. The food options were very good but pricey. This is not a hotel for a low budget option.

I came back for nostalgic reasons, It was my 70th birthday present to myself, since I had not been in 50 years, to see all the changes that have taken place since I was young. Things surely are different, not the quiet little island, I remember, but eveything has grown up beautifully. The landscaping and architecture are so very tasteful, quietly opulent but so elegant. My brother and his wife came also, and we explored areas we remembered when we were kids, the lighthouse, for example, and we found the spot where we used to stay, which is now the Ocean Club. It used to be the old Key Biscayne Hotel and Villas, where we would reside when we came in the summers. All in all, a very lovely experience.

Everything was just wonderful and beautiful. The hotel, and the island and the staff were all perfect.

Clean, great place ,amazing value...orbitz did fantastic for us !

We liked everything about this hotel. Breakfast was really good. The room very spacious and comfortable.

My wife and I spent a long weekend here to give her a break from the kids. The hotel was amazing and the beach was nice and quiet. I couldn't have asked for a better time and look forward to coming back!

Hotel Amenities are awesome, all service received was excellent. Nice atmosphere for honeymooners and couples.

My experience at the Ritz Carlton in Key Biscayne can be described in one word - fabulous! The hotel is gorgeous. Every single staff person went out of their way to make my experience relaxing and fun. This was my third stay at this hotel. I can't wait for my next visit!

The staff took excellent care of my kids and the grounds were immaculate. Always saw someone helping guests and cleaning up the grounds. Actually had two coconuts delivered to our room for our kids because they requested a coconut drink like they saw in a mall in Miami earlier in the week. We had an awesome week! Thanks!

This is a top notch hotel in a beautiful location. From the moment you arrive and are presented with a glass of champagne, you know that you are in for extraordinary pampering. This is not a party hotel but is perfect for those that want to get away from the world and relax. For those that travel, the typical issues remain--don't do the breakfast buffet because a la carte is much better, give plenty of time if you need a cab after hours, etc. The food is fantastic, but if you have the Kobe Sliders with foie gras, order it rare because all else will be overcooked. Otherwise, awesome place, great experience and will return!

hotel is 5* but beach is prob 2*, hotel staff is 5*...again everything is great but beach-small and dirty :/

Wonderful location, staff and food. Great beach, pools and grounds.

Great Hotel ,prime location if you looking for that none south beach traffic Key Biscayne is your place
