The sheets were dirty, no water for 24hrs No room service

Even dealing with Covid they handled everything exceptionally well and had great customer service

Orbitz listed this property as a 4star, it’s a 3 star at best. The hotel is old and in need of serious remodeling.

Beautiful property but too far from beach. Too far from all things good.

Good location. Construction around is a pain and affects local services. Asked for an additional cot in room on arrival and it never arrived in room. Hotel good but feels borderline dilapidated. Clean.

The photos are very misleading the pool is on the roof top but all you have a view of is a loud noisy construction site directly across the street. And there isn’t an indoor pool so when it rains (which is basically everyday) they close the pool and there isn’t anything to do. There is a patio but the view is blocked off by a wall which makes it feel very closed off. There is also a hot tub on the patio that is no longer in service so it just takes up a lot of space for no reason. There isn’t any parking unless you pay daily and the catch is you can’t go and come as you please you have to pay each time you return even if it’s the same day. It is very inconvenient for tourist. Over all Would not recommend.

The dekoration and funuture in the hallway was nice.

It’s a beautiful place. But the construction across the st hindered us from rest as well as the fact that we were promised a spa in our room and it wasn’t it was outside and out of commission. Also the tub dropped all night which also made it hard to sleep.

Almost like a Lara Craft, Mayan temple on the inside.

Everything is pretty old and could use some beautification. The pictures are kind of deceiving because everything is broken. Lol. Cool place. Do dont walk on the floors in the rooms with wet feet.

The property was a construction zone. The rooms needed to be updated. Bad lighting in the room and bathroom. There is only one pool that 4 ft deep. The rooftop wasn’t that impressive. There was a fly in my drink twice from the bar in the hotel. The only person that knew and did there was marlon and the Haitian short Haitian girl( can’t remember her name ) she was very helpful with helping us find places to go and things to do. I don’t think I would ever stay at the Mayfair again

Dated property - there did not seem to be enough towels to go around....

I loved the spa and the pool they were both relaxing . I also loved that all the restaurants and store are within walking distance so it’s very convenient. Room service was amazing and quick and the food was to die for
