Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood on the shores of Miami. 15 minute drive to downtown Miami and beautiful Wynwood area. 15 minute drive to Miami Beach and Aventura mall. Tons of international food spots, Haitian, Thai, Cuban, Argentinian, burger spots, health stores etc..A beautiful bay view just a ten minute walk. Lots of nearby activities like kayaking, jet ski, fishing etc..
