Great hotel in a great location. Very stylish, clean, and we'll appointed. The views from the rooftop pool and hot tub were great and the view from the balcony was enjoyable as well. The surrounding area is very nice and is great for walking or running. My wife and I would definitely recommend this place. Finally, Pierre who is a valet here was a God send. Very prompt, courteous and as pleasant as they come.
Good location next to cheap parking nice view. Big rooms. They skipped cleaning one day. The room was not ready on time, one way with no water and nobody let us know. other than that, good experience.
Fantastique place, large appartement for 6 people. All brand new. Excellent service at arrival and départure. Amazing swimming pool on the roof. Glasses were missing in the kitchen and ac was a bit noisy but acceptable
Stayed here with 3 kids in January 2019. Wanted a good spacious room we can stay in comfortably and that is not an Air B&B place. This was perfect. Stayed on a top floor facing the harbor, corner 2 bedroom suite. The room amenities with mid to high level. 2 bedrooms, both with their own baths, plus a 1/2 bath. Large living room with kitchen. kids had their own room with 2 twin beds and we fit another rollaway ($20 per night that we did not expect) for the third child. We also liked the pool very much although it can get busy and seating may be scarce. Good: Brand new and clean, good room amenities, huge rooms, directTV, nice pool, good service from staff, quiet location. Caution: Wifi service did not work in our corner room despite attempts to fix it - Coverage was not good. Kitchen equipment missing and no stove top - equipment was provided on request. Valet parking is expensive but there was free street parking throughout our stay (5 nights) and also a cheap public lot. housekeeping tried to enter the room despite a do not disturb sign - need some training. Location - 20-30 minute drive from south beach, downtown, less dining options in the area - make sure that is what you want. 10-15 minute walk from the beach.
I stayed for New Years. Really nice room with view of the intracoastal. Very professional and friendly staff. Just wish it had ice machine and kitchenette. Other than that. Place was great. I would recommend for sure.
The rooms and hotel were clean, the front desk was very helpful and accommodating, and the rooftop pool was beautiful. It is only about four blocks to Harding Ave, which has many stores and restaurants. It is also within walking distance of the beach (about five blocks). Overall we had a good experience here and would recommend it.
I just explained all this above — we had no hot water in one of the bathrooms. We called the front desk two times in order to get an engineer, and when he finally arrived, he managed to get hot water but no cold water in the shower. My 80-year-old father almost burned himself in the shower. I’m appalled that Wyndham would have hotel rooms like this!
This hotel is nice, clean and modern. We would definitely stay here again while in Miami. Our only complaint is that they charge $30 a night to park your car which is a bit ridiculous. So if you will be driving then factor in an extra $30 a night to the nightly room rate.
Upon arriving, we were disappointed in our room assignment. We did extensive reviews on various third-party booking sites and chose the hotel based on the photos used for the hotel. Coming from the cool, cloudy, rainy Pacific Northwest, we were expecting "a room with a view", either of the ocean, a canal, or the Miami skyline. We weren't all that happy with a room facing a public parking lot, for three nights. Advertised rooms need better descriptions than the standard King, Double Queen, etc. After some discussion, staff reluctantly moved us to a better room the second night. Also, we were charged a daily "Resort Fee", for what we don't know. There was nothing exceptional about the amenities. In fact, the balconies didn't even have furniture. On top of that, the hotel charged a nightly $30+ parking fee, which wasn't mentioned in anything we saw while doing out research. So, this review is probably somewhat clouded by our first 30 minutes at the hotel.
This is a well planned hotel with professionally trained and friendly staff, not purely for holidays. I stayed for a week, had work to do, and felt, I could have stayed on for a month. Had the chance for an upgrade from standard (2 queenside beds) to a small apartment (two rooms, 1 kingsize bed) at a very reasonable rate, Very much worth it.
