2 bedrooms are equipped with a queen size bed, 2 night stands with touch control lamps w/usb ports and a 43” smart tv in each.

2 other bedrooms are equipped with a full size bed and a twin size bed with single night stand & touch control lamp w/usb ports each.

Bedrooms sleeps 10-12 guests in total.

I don't think there is enough space here to write all of the positives about this property. When we arrived, the outdoor lighting was a little glitchy. I messaged Alain and he was there immediately to help fix and we got to chat with him for a bit. He was the friendliest host and made us feel at home and shared local places to try.The house was very clean and spacious and worked out perfectly for our family. The yard was HUGE! We were completely obsessed with the pool. The outdoor area was far beyond our expectation. Pool was so relaxing, spacious and the perfect temperature. There were pool toys for the kids to play with and on rainy day, we got to enjoy the patio area for games. There were books there for the kiddos and board games. The closet space was excellent. The place was very clean. Kitchen had plenty of plates , cooking utensils, TONS OF SEASONINGS, and the appliances were very clean.Location was close to many shops for whatever you needed. We were close to an outlet mall, Walmart, Target was not so far. We recommend taking a 15 minute drive to visit Robert Is Here fruit stand for awesome smoothies and fresh fruits. There are animals and food trucks in the back. We would definitely stay here again hands down.

Great location for National parks

Alain was great with communication and was very helpful when we had an unexpected change of plans. The house is on a quiet street and an easy drive to Biscayne and Everglades. We also drove to went to dry Tortuga from this house, but that is definitely a long day. The house itself was great and the kids loved using the pool. We visited in late march and paid for the pool heater too which I would recommend. The grill worked great for us. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and silverware. For cooking there was a large and wall crockpot and medium sized pots and pans. I am used to cooking with a large glass Pyrex and there was not one at the house. I definitely recommend the house and Alain!

We would stay here again. Although all bedrooms had TVs the game room and pool made for family entertainment. The home is located making drives to the National Parks easy. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. The home’s Host was responsive to questions prior to stay.

Incredible palce with outstanding hosts

We stayed here as part of an 80th birthday celebration and attended the NASCAR race. The property is beautiful and exactly as described. A short ride to the track and even shorter for whatever you might need. The pool was fantastic and along with all the games provided by the hosts it felt more like a resort. The hosts were incredible, we contacted them a handful of times for things like additional trash cans, and general questions. They were super responsive and helpful. Truly a pleasure all around.

Spacious and well located!

One of the better rental houses my family has stayed in, and that bar is pretty high! My family for this trip consisted of a 21 month old, 3 four year olds, a seven year old, a teenager, and four adults. This unique property offered the bedding and space needed to very comfortable accommodate my group. The pool and backyard was a lot of fun, with the high door latch on the patio screen door being well out of reach of the 4 year olds, the pool was never a danger for us even without a fence. Fences aren't really common down here anyway, and if anything give you a false sense of security. We enjoyed the proximity to Biscayne Natl Park as well as the Everglades, and even made a day trip to Dry Tortugas Natl park. The rest of the trip was spent enjoying the heated pool, which for us was worth the $50 a day charge. It would have been cold without it, with our trip occurring in late March. The pros are too numerous to list, but really, rest assured the pictures present a fair representation of what you will get. For cons, well being a such large group, we would have appreciated more kitchen bowls, food prep type things to keep the food bill down. There are some items, including ample dishes, glasses, pots and pans...again, more food prep items were all that would have helped. We are very likely to book this house again in future spring breaks, such a great place, and location.

Easy access to the South FL National Parks

The house is very comfortable and clean! The kids loved the pool, volleyball, and badminton. This was the perfect home-base for our days exploring Biscayne and Everglades National parks and also has easy access to the keys!!!
