Located at the heart of Edgewater near Midtown, the Design District, and Wynwood, the building is in close proximity to a teeming nightlife, art gallery scene, attractions, beaches, bars, restaurants, and cafes.
Elegant interior design and cozy set up with spacious, sun-lit living room, bedroom (king-size bed), and full-equipped integrated kitchen. In addition to standard living amenities and wifi, the unit counts on a 50’ inch TV (with Netflix, HBO, Cable, Sports, and more), an internal washer and dryer, and ample closet space.
