Surrounded by Miami Shores and Biscayne Park, this house is close to everything you would like to visit. Be at the beach, Wynwood, the Fashion District, Aventura Mall, Bal Harbor Shops all in 15 minutes, South Beach in 20 minutes. The Miami Tennis Open and Formula 1 racing at the Hard Rock Stadium are 15 minutes away
