Spacious, peaceful, and clean.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property, and after 16 days, it felt like home.We traveled to Miramar to transition my brother's home to a hospice space for him. This location was convenient as it was 5 minutes down the road from him. It's also a convenient location to jump on the turnpike expressway, which will connect you to the other major highways in South Florida. The house itself is spacious and minimal. Afer a long day of packing and cleaning, it was a relief to come home to a space that was calm and clean. We appreciate the care they took in ensuring it was a nice clean home.There are 3 bedrooms, one with a single-over-double bunk bed, a queen bedroom, and a queen in the primary bedroom. The listing images show a 4th bedroom, which was confusing, but Sheldon clarified that it was a 3bdrm with a futon lounge in one of the living spaces. Sheldon was an attentive host, responding quickly to any enquiry, and even making a trip to the home when we couldn't connect the television to the internet. We felt very silly when his remedy was to turn it off and on again, but he was gracious. There are several shopping options near to the home, so it's very convenient to grab groceries, fuel, etc whenever you need them. We often had our family gather at the home for dinners, and we were all very comfortable. We had a great time here, and would absolutely rent here again.
