The Studio is in a safe and tranquil neighborhood, featuring a welcoming outdoor patio, polished floors, and ample natural light. Conveniently, it is only a 7-minute drive to Sunny Isles Beach and located near Oleta River State Park and Greynolds Golf Course. The Studio is approximately 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport, 30 minutes from Miami Airport, and 20 minutes from Downtown Miami, as well as 25 minutes from Wynwood, a vibrant district known for its colorful murals, craft breweries, and eclectic art galleries. Excellent communication

Was very happy with the space. Very convient location, places to eat and shop all within a short drive. The host is very quick to communicate and help with any issues. I would recommend booking this ASAP.
