Spacious 1 bedroom with a side ocean view and intercostal city view. The resort is located right on a beach with direct ocean access. Balcony is closed now. Mondays - Fridays 9am - 5pm resort is undergoing exterior construction which can impact the stay with loud noice depending on contractors location. Conveniently located 7-11, Walmart, coffee shops and eateries within 5-min walking distance. Guest will need to pay $30 for resort magnetic key. Parking additional $15 per night, $150 monthly. One guest must 21 or older

Nice View and Clean place
The balcony had a pretty view of the ocean. The condo was clean and it was an easy check in process. The valet was very professional to work with. The location is with in walking distance to Walmart. The host was easy to communicate with and was responsive.
