Inside, the apartment welcomes you with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for entertainment, and the sofa conveniently converts into a sofa bed for extra guests. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with sleek stainless steel appliances, has everything you need to prepare meals, while the adjacent dining area provides the perfect space to share them with loved ones.

The bedroom offers a serene escape with a plush king-size bed for restful nights. Step out onto your private balcony to take in tranquil views—the ideal spot to relax and recharge after a day of sun, sand, and exploration.

Resort Fee (Daily Charge):
• Stays of 1 to 7 nights: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes
• Stays of 8 to 14 nights: $25 per day, plus applicable taxes
• Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $20 per day, plus applicable taxes
• Stays of 30 nights or more: $300 per month + $10 for each additional day, plus applicable taxes

Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:
• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or
charges incurred during your stay.
• This deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.

Valet Parking (Optional):
• 1 to 7 days: $28 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes
• 8 to 10 days: $25 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes
• 11 to 19 days: $250 per stay per vehicle, plus applicable taxes
• 20 to 30 days: $295 per stay per vehicle, plus applicable taxes

Package Handling:
• $5 per package plus applicable taxes
• Packages may be collected from the package room between 9 AM - 5 PM

Complimentary: beach/pool towels and 2 beach chairs
Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).

*Please note that a valid government-issued identification is required upon check-in at the front desk. The primary guest listed on the reservation must be at least 21 years of age.
